Red Hat Customer Portal Candlepin (subscription.rhsm.redhat.com) will have a maintenance window on March 22 2022 between 10:00 EDT and 12:00 EDT (14:00 UTC and 16:00 UTC). During that time some actions like registering new systems, refreshing entitlement certificates, virt-who, and applications that depend on the underlying data such as Customer Portal Subscriptions and Customer Portal Subscriptions API may fail to complete. New subscription purchases may be delayed in becoming available until after the maintenance window. Systems that are already entitled will still be able to pull content.

During this maintenance period the subscription.rhsm.redhat.com domain will begin resolving to a new public IP address. If you allow list particular IP addresses on a firewall please ensure you add 209.132.178.16 to your allowed lists before this window to avoid additional service disruption. IP addresses for cdn.redhat.com will not change.
