CUSTOMER IMPACT

Customers registering or using Customer Portal Red Hat Subscription Management(RHSM)

Sites affected: access.redhat.com/management, subscription.rhsm.redhat.com, subscription.rhn.redhat.com

During the planned outage window, users will experience a service interruption and the following actions will be impacted:

Customer Portal RHSM
- Systems are still able to receive updates
- Systems are still able to register or check in against Customer Portal RHSM
- Satellite users will be able to synchronize content
- Customers will not be able to entitle systems with new subscriptions
- Customers may not be able to view new subscriptions in Customer Portal RHSM
- Customers may not be able to activate subscriptions
- Customers will not be able to add subscriptions to manifests/allocations
- Customers will not be able to refresh subscription manifests

This issue may impact OpenShift Container Platform including Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA), Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO), and OpenShift Dedicated (OSD) cluster installations and upgrades. Installations of items from community and certified Operators are not affected. Red Hat recommends delaying upgrades and installations at this time.
