During the planned maintenance window, users may experience 2-3 minute service interruptions between 8:00am and 10:00 am EST, and up to 20 minute service interruptions between 10:00am and 2:00pm EST.
New user creation will not be possible on any property between 8:00am-11:00am EST.
The following web properties and actions will be impacted:

- Customers will not be able to activate new subscriptions between 8:00am-11:00am EST
- Customers will not be able to create new users between 8:00am-11:00am EST
- Customers may not be able to register systems
- Customers may not be able to activate subscriptions
- Customers may not be able to download software from the Customer Portal
- Customers may not be able to create and download satellite certificates and manifests
- Customers may not be able to obtain evaluations from the Customer Portal
- Customers may not be able to manage users from the Customer Portal
