The Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console will undergo routine maintenance for
Playbook-Dispatcher starting on 2025-02-27 at 9PM UTC (4 PM ET). The updates are
expected to last approximately 3 hours until 12PM UTC (7 PM ET).

During this time, users will not be able to create or update playbook runs through
the Playbook-Dispatcher service.
