The Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security Cloud Service will migrate service workloads to new infrastructure. The maintenance was originally planned to start Monday, September 15, 2025 at 08:00 UTC and end at 09:00 UTC. The migration has been postponed due to incomplete IP allowlists (now fixed, see knowledge article below). The migration will now occur starting Monday, September 29, 2025 at 08:00 UTC and end at 09:00 UTC. During the migration customers may experience a one-time 5 minute disruption in service when their instance is moved and their DNS record is updated.
Action Required:
To prevent any disruption to your service, please ensure that the new FQDNs or IP addresses corresponding to your service region are added to your firewall allowlists before September 29, 2025.
Old IP addresses corresponding to your service region must be removed from your outbound firewall allowlists after the migration is complete on Monday, October 13, 2025, as we will be releasing ownership of those IPs.
